Changes to postal framework in Germany and Spain
Postal In Germany, most letters may now arrive within three days (D+3), Deutsche Post is designated as the universal service provider with several changes to the scope of the universal service, while automated post offices can now be established in rural areas. In Spain, a new decree extends by five years Correos' designation as the universal service provider, modifies the USO financing regime, and entrusts Correos to provide new services of general economic interest. |
